Born right in the heart of the 70s is this Martin D-28. Purchased new in NZ it's only had one owner and has been used thoroughly in the local folk scene. It's seen some stage action, is fitted with a piezo pickup and comes with original care manual. Arm wear on the lower bout and pick wear around the guard give her an honest player grade vibe. Somewhere along the way the bridge has been moved and or replaced, which righted the common intonation issues these mid 70s Martin's left the factory with. The bridge plate has also been replaced and this work was done by local luthier legend, Gordon Zettwitz. The frets have a lot of life left and it's our understanding they have also been replaced. Comes with the original blue Martin hardcase which is damaged at the top.
