The Ukulele Range at Studio 1

Every ukulele we have on the floor, by size — soprano to baritone, $99 to $1,195, all set up and tuned before they leave the shop.

Most ukulele pages online are a list of what a distributor can order in. This is not that. Everything below is physically in the shop at Victoria Park Market in Auckland, and you are welcome to come and play any of it.

Stock and prices as at 2 September 2026: 35 ukuleles in stock across four sizes, from Flight, Kala and Martin.

Soprano — the traditional size

Around thirteen inches of scale. Bright, boxy and portable, and the sound most people picture when they think of a ukulele. The right choice for children, for travel, and for anyone who wants the classic voice. See all soprano ukuleles.

Flight TUS-32 Sakura Travel Soprano $115
Flight NUS500 Soprano $149

Concert — where most adults land

Around fifteen inches. More room between the frets and a fuller midrange than a soprano, while still sounding unmistakably like a ukulele. The size we point most adult beginners towards. See all concert ukuleles.

Kala Satin Mahogany Baritone $325
Kala Contour Baritone, all solid mahogany $595
Flight Aviator Baritone Mango CE $609
