3. Accuracy, Product Descriptions, and Vintage Instruments
Studio 1 specialises in vintage, used, rare, and one-of-a-kind instruments. Many items may:
• be pre-owned
• contain age-related wear
• include non-original parts
• exhibit variances in finish, tone, or construction
We endeavour to describe all items accurately and provide detailed photographs.
However, vintage instruments frequently display unique condition characteristics.
By purchasing from Studio 1, you acknowledge and accept:
• reasonable variations in condition
• normal wear consistent with age
• the subjective nature of tone and playability
Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights.
4. Pricing, Taxes, and Payment
All prices on the website are shown in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST unless stated otherwise. Pricing may update to your local curreny based on your IP address.
Studio 1 reserves the right to:
• change prices without notice
• correct errors or inaccuracies
• refuse or limit orders
Payment is required at checkout. Orders are confirmed once payment has cleared.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping costs are displayed at checkout.
We will provide tracking where available.
Title and risk transfer to you once the item is dispatched.
Studio 1 will take reasonable steps to package items securely, but we are not responsible for delays or loss caused by shipping carriers or customs agencies.

6. Returns and Refunds
Your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA) and Fair Trading Act 1986 apply.
Studio 1 offers additional goodwill returns for certain items (e.g., our 7-Day Approval Period for guitars), but these apply only where expressly offered and are subject to conditions.
