Well if you aren't aware when you put a ‘45’ in a Martin guitar designation, it usually indicates the best of the best and this one is no different, one look at the crazy high grade of woods this one has speaks volumes to this fact.
This is a 2015 Martin D-45E Retro. Essentially the D-45V (w/scalloped forward shifted bracing) but with a 1 3/4" nut width and the performing artist series neck. It also comes with the Fishman Aura system and has sound images from the 1943 D-45 in the Martin museum that were loaded into the Aura Fishman Pickup system.
Aside from one of the best pickups on the planet this guitar is an absolute a tone monster unplugged. I can't say enough good things about the way this one sounds and plays. In extremely tidy (mint) condition. Comes with a TKL Martin case.
