For your consideration we have a wonderful Gibson J-45 from 1957. The instrument is on consignment with us for 3 months so if you are interested please don't hesitate to enquire. The guitar has had three owners in it's life, has been played and enjoyed, sustaining a couple of repairs along the way. Sometime in the 1970s a microphone connected with the back of the guitar and made a hole, this was repaired and a small oblong patch can be seen in our photos, just to the left of the centre seam on the lower bout. A crack running from the bridge to the sound hole (under the high E string) has been cleated and the adjustable saddle has been modified to a simple drop in style. 

The tone is everything you would expect from a vintage Gibson J-45. Rich, warm and balanced. A new set of Golden Age Restoration tuners have been fitted, so tuning is smooth and true. All in all this is a classic players guitar with oodles of mojo looking for a creative new owner. Comes with a vintage Victoria Hardshell case too!
