I was unable to select home delivery for some odd reason. The computer said no. More than likely user error. Emailed and received a response and solution that evening. Ordered my guitar and had less than a week to wait for it to turn up. Well packaged and secure. I am a beginner, so can't judge the guitar much, but I have played a few over the years and music has been my obsession since a teenager. This is my first dedicated left hand guitar, and after trying for years off and on to play right handed, this is such a relief. It holds its tune well. After the first tune up (which did have me a bit worried as it took ages to get right) it's getting easier to tune each day and now after a couple weeks only needs a minor tweek before playing. It is comfortable to hold and a lovely size to sit on my lap. I am still pretty rubbish at playing, but it has a lovely sound, not too loud or obnoxious for the small room I am practicing in and quite frankly it is pretty to look at. For the price I am happy with it and look forward to picking it up each evening. When I am ready to upgrade, I will be keeping my eye out on this website. It's a shame I am not local, because I could see this store being a place for me to visit.
