Here on consignment is a mint condition Martin 000-1 from 1998. Before there was the X Series with their HPL back and sides, Martin offered the 1 Series as their entry level instrument. They featured solid tops, backs and necks, while the sides was made of laminated wood. To keep the price point low they were offered in a matte finish rather than gloss. 

This one has been kept in it's case since 1998, is virtually untouched and is looking for a a life long companion to begin the journey. Freshly strung up and ready to go out the door for a song.
