Here's a bit of a rarity that has come through on consignment. We had it checked out by Gruhn Guitars in Nashville and with their input we're thinking that this could have been a custom build as it exhibits specifications from a couple of models. "This guitar appears to be a composite instrument with a 6192 Country Club model neck and 6117 Double Anniversary model body and electronics" is what came back from Gruhn. It is a 16" wide, 2 1/2" deep laminated maple arch top body in sunburst finish. It's definitely been a players guitar with neck wear through the finish, buckle rash and wear around the volume knob, testament to it's tone. Grover 'Imperial' tuners with art deco style metal buttons, two single-coil Patent Number Filtertron pickups and harp style G tailpiece. Comes with original case.
