Here on consignment is a late '70s 335 with a few internal mods. You just can't mimic the feel of a real vintage guitar, and this one feels mega good. The original wiring harness is in the case along with the original Tar Back bridge pickup. Wired up currently is a vintage PAF in the neck position and a locally made Kingdom Pickups in the bridge position. All pots are CTS, the jack is Switchcraft and the wiring is your vintage style cloth type. The coil tap switch is not currently wired in. The result is a juicy sounding guitar with sustain, clarity and passion. The Kingdom pickup is less shrill with lower gain than a Tar Back, more in line with a Pearly Gates.
