Here we have a brand new HD-28 style dreadnought from Pre-War Guitar Co, something they simply call the Herringbone. Hand made in Hillsborough, North Carolina their goal is to make period correct yet adjustable guitars from the golden era of guitar building. 1934-1941 is their specific date range for inspiration and this dreadnought does not disappoint in tone or looks. With an Adirondack top that is lightly distressed, old growth Indian Rosewood back and sides and an Ebony fingerboard and bridge with a bone saddle. Hot hide glue construction and torrefied tone woods mean this guitar is breathing vintage fire without the musty smell. All tone without the fragility of an 80 year old guitar.
