Here on consignment we have a gloriously vintage Telecaster Custom from the year 19 and 77. It was a big year, Star Wars had just hit the big screens and Fender were building guitars that Keith Richards was using to wallop fans around the head with. The Telecaster is a well known favourite and the Tele Custom injects a wide range humbucker in the neck position, giving the tried and true formula an even richer warmth. This has been the pride and joy of a South Island gigging musician for many years and all of the wear and tear is "organic". The guitar is all original except for the addition of a treble bleed circuit (which is easily removable). There is a hairline crack in the finish on the back of the guitar and a few assorted chips and dings. Fret wear is minimal. Get your Keef tone 'ere. Easy to swing like a baseball bat, reasonably light for a late '70s Fender.
