Here on consignment is this immaculate New Zealand made, Laurie Williams - Awa. Laurie is a world renowned luthier who uses responsibly sourced tonewoods that are either sustainably felled or recovered from rivers or peat swaps right here in Aotearoa. These woods not only sound fantastic but also look amazing and in the hands of Laurie, truly do become a work of art. 

This Awa model has been lovingly cared for by it's original owner and is in mint condition. The body and neck are Rimu, bound with golden Matai and the two piece Totara cap is so magnificently figured you'll lose and hour just looking at it. The fingerboard is Motuhake and is embellished with Paua 'piko' inlays. This one off guitar is loaded with two Anderson humbucking pickups, stainless steel frets, custom "Williams' neck relief profile and Gotoh 510 tuning machines in black. The sonic palette is extremely varied with coil tapping available on both pickups and a phase switch giving you oodles of tonal options. Comes with an SKB hard case.
