For your consideration we have a mint condition 70th Anniversary Fender Broadcaster. Released in limited numbers in 2020 to celebrate the storied guitar shape before it was renamed the Telecaster. Originally hitting the shelves in 1950 to mixed reviews (some called it the boat paddle) a new breed of guitar slingers found that they could conjure sounds never heard before from this weird looking apparatus and units started to shift.  Then, rival guitar builders Gretsch informed Fender that they owned the name (the produced a Broadkaster banjo) so for a short time the word "Broadcaster" was trimmed off of the headstock decal for a quick fix. The guitars from this period are referred to as a "Nocaster". 

After meticulously measuring an original Broadcaster, Fender celebrated the 70th Anniversary by releasing a spot on recreation of the original. Here's your chance to own a classic without having to cough up silly money.

The vintage U-shape neck is the perfect handful, the one ply black pickguard and ash body in blonde is timeless while period correct details like flathead screws, decal placement and stamping the serial number on the bridge make this axe perfect. The Custom Shop designed '50-51' Blackguard pickups give you the authentic spank of the originals. Currently the guitar is factory wired to standard Telecaster switching but with the included wiring kit you can change this to replicate the "blend" circuit of the original Broadcasters.
