Owned by Gemma Thompson, guitarist for British post-punk band Savages and used throughout the bands touring career, it has been played the world over and has never failed in the field. Originally purchased in London the guitar is finished in Blonde (a rarity for a 1964 Jaguar) and has been matched with a Jaguar neck dating to 1972. The guitar was purchased with this body\/neck combo and has since had the volume and tone pots replaced with CTS pots with the original capacitors and cloth wiring remaining.
